I own a very small mobile home park in Alturas, Ca. I was selling an old mobile home to the tenants and they left in the middle of the night, taking a care not belong to them and telling the neighbor to not come looking for them. I am the legal owner/lender and need to do a foreclosure/abandonment so I can regain the title and resell it. HCD isn’t very helpful and I don’t know the process. Can someone help me withthis process?

I own a mobile home in the CA and i was given a 60-day notice of termination because management “thinks” my dad, who was the one who signed the lease, is not living in the home. I am the homeowner of the mobilehome but management will not let me on the lease with my dad. And since sometimes they dont see my dad’s car on the driveway they are kicking me out of the park. What can i do since they do not have a valuid reason to get me out. The problem is that they just “think” hes not at the home.
