    Hello my name is david shilds and I bought a mobile home from wagon wheel home park aproxamatly 2 years ago I own 2 mobile homes in this park I am being discrimanated against sevearly one of my mobile homes cought on fire due to a electracal fire because of my home not up to code I am still in prosses of fully purchacing the mobile home from the owner of the wagon weal mobil home park of witch the owner has current insurince on my mobile home that cought on fire on the date of 07/31/2011 if you can please call me back I would greatly appreshiate this help THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOU TIME………..

    SEABREEZE MOBILEHOME PARK HAS NOT HAD A
    STATE INSPECTION SINCE 2002 AND THE PLACE IS
    FALLING APART. THE OWNER IS DOING ANYTHING HE
    WANTS WITHOUT ANY REGARD TO THE HEALTH AND
    SAFETY OR THE MOBILEHOME LAW. IN THE COMMON
    OFFICE AREA HE HAS WINDOWS THAT ARE BROKEN
    OUT AND HOLES IN THE WALLS FOR OVER 6 MONTHS
    AND NO OMBUDSMAN SIGN. THE PATH WAYS ARE
    VERY UNEVEN ASPHALT IS LIFTED AND DANGEROUS
    PEOPLE HAVE FALLEN AND INJURED THEMSELVES.
    THE PATHS ARE OVERGROWN WITH VEGETATION
    AND IS VERY DARK AT NIGHT WITH ZERO LIGHTING.
    THIS IS THE COMMON PATH WAY TO THE LAUNDRY
    ROOM AND OFFICE ALSO OVER 6 MONTHS. ONE
    RESIDENT HAS BACKED UP PLUMBING AND POURS IT
    OUT IN THE FRONT YARD AND THE SEWER PIPE IS
    LEAKING IN THE YARD A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE;
    ** A VIOLATION OF THE MOBILEHOME PARKS ACT
    AND REGULATIONS; ** THE PARK OWNER IS
    CONTINUOUSLY MOVING THE PROPERTY LINES HE
    HAS NO REGARD TO THE LAW AND DOES NOT GO
    THROUGH PROPER CHANNELS WITH SPECIAL
    PERMISSION IN WRITING FROM THE STATE DEPT OF
    HOUSING. WHEN A NEW MOBILEHOME IS INSTALLED
    THEY ARE NOT FILING FOR REQUIRED INSTALLATION
    PERMIT WHICH WOULD HAVE ALL THE DATA AND
    SHOW THE LOT LINES AS IT IS THE REALTOR SAYS
    THAT THE MANAGER WILL TELL YOU WHERE THE LOT
    LINES ARE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON A VERY LONG
    TIME AND IS CAUSING ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS.
    PLEASE SEND A INSPECTOR ASAP THANK YOU A
    PROPERTY LINE ISSUE; ** THE OWNER HAS GIVING US
    FULL PERMISSION TO BUILD A FENCE. THE FENCE
    WAS BUILT APPROXIMATELY A YEAR AGO NOW HE
    DECIDED THAT BECAUSE HE DID NOT PUT IT IN
    WRITING THAT WE HAVE TO TEAR IT DOWN AND IS
    THREATENING TO EVICT US IF WE DON’T. WHEN HE
    APPROVED THE FENCE IT WAS AT A VIDEO
    CONFERENCE MEETING AND WE HAVE A COPY OF
